luky97 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the luky97 platform or by accessing any part of the luky97 service as a guest, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the luky97 Privacy Policy, the luky97 Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply to individual products or offers.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Only one luky97 account is permitted per person, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to register duplicate accounts will result in all related accounts being suspended.

luky97 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration without providing reasons. Account registration is a privilege, not an entitlement.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their luky97 account login credentials. All activities conducted through a Player's account are the responsibility of that Player. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify luky97 support immediately via live chat or the contact email displayed on the Platform.

luky97 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to undergo identity verification by submitting documentation including government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

4. Age Verification — Strictly 21+

luky97 employs automated and manual age verification processes. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document at any point during their account lifecycle. Submission of false or altered documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. luky97 strongly recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to the Platform.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fund Management

luky97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the Player specifically selects USDT. luky97 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

• Deposits are typically credited to a Player's luky97 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account wallet section.
• luky97 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking system downtime, or network interruptions outside its direct control.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring their deposits are funded from legitimately owned sources.

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise permitted by luky97 in writing.
• luky97 targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours. These are targets, not guaranteed timeframes.
• luky97 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing is paused until satisfactory documentation is received and verified.
• Real-money withdrawal is only available on balances meeting minimum KYC verification standards.
• Winnings derived solely from bonus credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. luky97 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period and following written notification to the account holder's registered contact details. Players are encouraged to log into their luky97 account at least once per quarter to prevent dormancy classification.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all luky97 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated as recurring.
• Bonus credits must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus credits and any winnings generated solely from bonus play will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are fulfilled.

• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to: multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, exploitation of technical errors in bonus mechanics — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts may be permanently closed.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the luky97 platform, including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), UFC, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports:

• A bet is only valid and confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued by luky97 and the corresponding funds have been deducted from the Player's account balance.
• Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• luky97 reserves the right to restrict betting markets, reduce maximum bet limits, or void bets at its sole discretion where evidence of suspicious betting patterns, integrity concerns, or data feed errors is identified.

In the event of a sporting fixture being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account, unless a specific sports rule or market-specific term provides otherwise.

Live betting odds are generated in real time and are subject to rapid change. luky97 endeavours to ensure odds accuracy but accepts no liability for technical delays between live event developments and odds updates. Any bets placed and confirmed by the system during a brief delay period are binding on both parties.

8. Casino Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on luky97 — including slot games, live dealer table games, RNG table games, video poker, and specialty games — are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate under independently verified fair-play standards.

• Individual game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's interface or help section.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — including server disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — all bets and plays affected by the malfunction are void. Stakes will be refunded to the Player's account.
• luky97's recorded game logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the luky97 system record will prevail over any Player-side screenshot, recording, or recollection.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout. Verification may take up to 72 hours for jackpot amounts above Rs 10,000,000.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luky97 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one luky97 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the luky97 platform in connection with any money laundering activity or any attempt to conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any technological exploit to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.

• Exploiting known or unknown technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the luky97 platform or game software.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals via banking institutions as a means of misappropriating funds.
• Accessing the luky97 platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask geographic location.

10. Responsible Gaming

luky97 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. The following responsible gaming provisions are enforceable under these Terms:

• All Players have the right to set binding deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from within their luky97 account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off delay when increased.
• Any Player may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days from the luky97 support team. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and the Player may not access any gaming features.
• Any Player may request permanent self-exclusion, which results in irreversible account closure. Following a permanent self-exclusion request, luky97 will not accept any application to reopen the account.
• luky97 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming interventions — including cooling-off periods, deposit freezes, or mandatory breaks — to any account where staff identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, with or without the Player's specific request.

11. Account Closure & Termination

A Player may close their luky97 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance (excluding pending or forfeited bonus credits) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

luky97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; the account poses a compliance or regulatory risk to the platform; or in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory instructions.

Where an account is closed by luky97 due to a confirmed Terms breach, luky97 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus components. Players will be notified of the closure reason to the extent permitted by law and compliance obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky97 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to access the luky97 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if luky97 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, force majeure events, or failures of third-party service providers including payment processors and game studios.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits luky97's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

luky97 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the luky97 Privacy Policy.

luky97 does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Player data may be disclosed to relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by applicable law or in connection with the investigation of fraud or money laundering.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luky97 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the luky97 customer support team for internal resolution.

If an internal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised with luky97 support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory body under whose licence luky97 operates, in accordance with that body's published dispute resolution procedures.

Acceptance of these Terms does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply to the Player under applicable law that cannot be contractually excluded.

15. Amendments to These Terms

luky97 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — luky97 will provide reasonable prior notice via the email address registered to the Player's account and/or via a prominent notice on the luky97 platform.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the luky97 platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
